Refund policy
Please contact us within 48hrs regarding any damaged goods or if you are unhappy with the quality. Avocado To You does not provide refunds for change of mind.
We can be contacted at info@avocadotoyou.co.nz. You may be required to provide a photo of damaged fruit before any refund or replacement.
If a refund is given, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@avocadotoyou.co.nz.
